Clean and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. Excellent customer service, including lovely breakfasts with portion and perfect scrambled eggs, as for instance. Stunning and wonderful location, a couple of blocks away from Holy Rood Church. Really close to a well-located pub, the resturant, and bar and outside garden area. What a happy short stay, no reason to complain.

It is in the heart of Alton, good area. Can get to the bus station within 5 minutes' walk.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was excellent with a good range of options. We especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee amenities in the room. this place offers great service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food.

The bathroom could be a bit smaller to allow for more living space. However, this hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a short to medium size stay.

Its location was stunning, near bar as well as Hampshire. The room was compact and immaculate, and it had an electric kettle, central heating and an iron that were useful.

The service and staff were fantastic, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, with a great variety of options and delicious food. Another advantage was the comfortable and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a winter night.

The room was a bit on the small side and lacked hanging space for clothes, which was a slight inconvenience for a longer stay. it would have been helpful to have blackout curtains in the room to block out the light from the streetlamp outside.

Nice comfy base for a wedding ceremony in Alton. Well-appointed and comfortably furnished units with a king size bed and very friendly staff. Exceptionally nice location, in a picturesque setting. Also - short walk to a nice area and restaurant. A kind of exceptional service. Late check-out.
